EPH – International Journal of Agriculture and Environmental Research (EPH-IJAER) is committed to preserving its published scholarly content to ensure long-term accessibility, reliability, and permanent availability of research articles. The journal follows a structured digital archiving policy to protect published material from accidental loss, technical failure, or website interruptions.
To support long-term preservation, EPH-IJAER participates in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). PKP PN is a distributed digital archiving service developed for journals using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. It provides a secure preservation system that ensures journal content remains available over time, even if the journal website becomes temporarily unavailable.
Under this policy:
All published articles are deposited into the PKP Preservation Network after publication.
Journal content is stored securely across multiple servers located in different geographical regions.
Archived files are preserved in their final published form to ensure stable citations and consistent academic referencing.
In case of technical failure, server issues, or website disruption, archived articles can still remain accessible through the preservation system.
Archiving does not affect the copyright ownership, licensing terms, or publication status of the articles.
EPH-IJAER maintains a transparent and responsible publication record. If corrections, updates, or retractions are necessary, the journal ensures that such changes are clearly indicated. However, the original archived version remains preserved as part of the permanent scholarly record.
This archiving and preservation policy reflects the journal’s commitment to research integrity, long-term academic access, and the protection of valuable scientific knowledge.
