EPH-IJAER takes publication misconduct seriously and follows a structured process to address ethical violations. Misconduct may include (but is not limited to):

  • Plagiarism in submitted or published manuscripts

  • Redundant / Duplicate Publication

  • Fabrication or falsification of data

  • Manipulation of results or unethical research practices

Investigation Procedure

If a reviewer, editor, or reader reports suspected misconduct, the journal will:

  1. Conduct a preliminary investigation and collect evidence

  2. Contact the author(s) for clarification and explanation

  3. Review all documents and references related to the complaint

If misconduct is confirmed:

  • The manuscript may be rejected immediately (if under review)

  • The article may be removed or retracted (if already published)

  • A correction notice or retraction statement may be published, if required

  • The author’s institution may be contacted in serious or unresolved cases

The final decision regarding misconduct cases remains with the editorial team of EPH-IJAER.

✓ Authorship Changes Policy

EPH-IJAER allows authorship modifications only under valid circumstances and with proper approval from all authors. Authorship change requests may include:

  • Addition of an author (before or after publication)

  • Removal of an author (before or after publication)

  • Changes in the corresponding author details

EPH-IJAER reserves the right to suspend publication, reject manuscripts, or take corrective action if authorship disputes are not properly resolved.
