EPH-IJAER takes publication misconduct seriously and follows a structured process to address ethical violations. Misconduct may include (but is not limited to):
Plagiarism in submitted or published manuscripts
Redundant / Duplicate Publication
Fabrication or falsification of data
Manipulation of results or unethical research practices
If a reviewer, editor, or reader reports suspected misconduct, the journal will:
Conduct a preliminary investigation and collect evidence
Contact the author(s) for clarification and explanation
Review all documents and references related to the complaint
If misconduct is confirmed:
The manuscript may be rejected immediately (if under review)
The article may be removed or retracted (if already published)
A correction notice or retraction statement may be published, if required
The author’s institution may be contacted in serious or unresolved cases
The final decision regarding misconduct cases remains with the editorial team of EPH-IJAER.
EPH-IJAER allows authorship modifications only under valid circumstances and with proper approval from all authors. Authorship change requests may include:
Addition of an author (before or after publication)
Removal of an author (before or after publication)
Changes in the corresponding author details
EPH-IJAER reserves the right to suspend publication, reject manuscripts, or take corrective action if authorship disputes are not properly resolved.
